All of the organizers, presenters, and instructors do not take any responsibility for any injury or death that may occur during this MAKTAN-FMA Live Event.

The purpose of the MAKTAN-FMA Live Event is to demonstrate aspects of Filipino Martial Arts (FMA) and not to provide a guarantee that by learning from the MAKTAN-FMA Live Event you will be able to defend yourself in a potential conflict, fight, or altercations from another person. By participating in the MAKTAN-FMA Live Event, you are agreeing that you understand all risks, including those detailed above mentioned and accept responsibility for the consequence of the training techniques, advice, and/or methodologies mentioned herein. Further more, you assume responsibility for your own safety, understanding, and accepting all risks involved with the MAKTAN-FMA training. By assuming the risk, you completely absolve all authors, creators, and affiliates of the MAKTAN-FMA Live Event from liability for any injury, death or misuse of the information contained herein. The organizers, presenters, and instructors shall have neither liability nor responsibility to any person or entity with respect to any loss or damage caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly by the MAKTAN-FMA Live Event, and the participant accepts total responsibility and agrees to hold the organizers, practitioners, and instructors of the MAKTAN-FMA Live Event harmless to any incidents.
